Nice, easy game.
Reasoning for not full 5 stars is that I think the graphics/interface could be improved upon. No menu etc. This does not affect the game too much but would nicely polish it off.

Following some criticism that others have already stated biggest criticism is that it is aimed at a niche. Those that don not have the know are making decisions with no reasoning.

A bit of bad English when the 15 year old girl states she has a headache around her bellybutton. But that admittedly is me just being picky.

Otherwise, the game is pretty sound, concept is good, nice art!

Thanks for the feedback, sorry again about having the game for medical students. This game was a test to see if people are interested in that format so we can invest more time in our bigger game (with more decisions and consequences) Law Blow (https://cheesyholes.itch.io/law-blow) which is targeted to the general audience. thanks for the feedback :)

Sorry, but not the best score.
Pros:
-concept is good
-Programming is there

Cons:
-GUI is lacking for me
-Not visually appealing
-No pretty pictures
-No sound

I know this is a work in progress, but I think visually work needs to be improved. There is a lot if information and you as the gamer are just thrown in. I think it should only appear once unlocked if that is the route you want to go. Otherwise should be bigger and prettier.
